Our 3-Step Discovery Process
At Radiant Chiropractic, we take a tailored approach to understanding and improving your health, ensuring every step is centered around you and your goals.
1.Initial Assessment
Your first visit includes a comprehensive health evaluation, advanced digital posture imaging, a functional assessment, and a detailed neurological assessment. This session helps us gain a clear understanding of your body’s movement patterns, imbalances, and overall needs. Please allow 30 minutes.
2.Insight Session
On your second visit, your chiropractor will review your results and discuss a customised care plan designed to address your functional needs and align with your health objectives. Please allow 30 minutes.
3.Personalised Wellness Journey
Your care plan is designed to correct imbalances, improve functional movement, and enhance overall wellness, empowering you to thrive in your daily life.
3 PHASES OF CARE
Chiropractic care at Radiant Chiropractic is designed to support you through three key phases:
Pain Relief & Stabilisation Phase
This phase lasts a few weeks to a few months, depending on the severity of your condition. Initially, our focus is on relieving pain and addressing your primary complaint. Once the pain subsides, we work on stabilising your condition to prevent future flare-ups or worsening symptoms.
Corrective & Regenerative Phase
In this phase, we aim to enhance your body's resilience to stressors and improve overall function. Stressors can be classified into three types:
Physical Stress (e.g., prolonged phone use, poor posture, past injuries)
Chemical Stress (e.g., diet, smoking, alcohol, dehydration, medications, environmental toxins)
Emotional Stress (e.g., mental health, relationships, work-related pressures)
This phase typically lasts around 12 weeks and focuses on restoring balance to your body and nervous system.
Optimisation Phase
The final phase is all about maximising your body's function and preventing future injuries. By optimising the connection between your brain, nervous system, and body, we help you maintain long-term health and well-being.
